The wedding events, which will all take place at the resort, include dinner on Friday, 9/8 and the wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday, 9/9. The resort has a spa and an activities program for guests.
We have reserved room blocks in Garza Blanca (adults and children welcome) and Hotel Mousai (adults only). They are on the same campus with shared amenities and both are awesome!

Deposit and Deadlines
Payment in full will reserve your land-only reservation. Insurance selection will be due at this time and applied with your payment. Insurance is nonrefundable and non-transferrable.
Payment in full and insurance selection are due by May 17, 2023.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellation policy without insurance:
•Until June 27, 2023: A 2 night penalty will be assessed for cancellation.
• After June 28, 2023: 100% of the room is in penalty and nonrefundable.
The cancelation policy is in effect for ALL reasons including pandemic, natural disaster, closures, restrictions, and other personal circumstances. There are no exceptions.
Please choose insurance to be eligible for a refund.

Insurance pricing is based on the total per person price and ranges from $110-$210 per adult (age 13+) and $70-$115 per child (age 12 and under.) Pricing is subject to change.
Flights
Please submit your complete flight details 60 days prior to travel so that we can arrange your transportation to/from the PVR airport. Flights are not included in your package.
Ready to book? Great! Here’s how it works:
1. Submit your booking details. Be sure to include all travelers passport names and dates of birth. A credit card isn’t required to submit, but makes the process simpler. Each booking is manually processed and nothing will be charged until you approve!2. An invoice will be sent to you for review and approval. If any changes need to be made, let us know! If everything is correct, check the boxes and type your name to digitally sign.
3. Declined insurance? Be sure to carefully review at the penalties on your invoice. A 2 night penalty will be assessed for any cancellations from the time of deposit through June 27 and your reservation is 100% NONREFUNDABLE AFTER JUNE 28 with NO exceptions. Cancel for any reason insurance cannot be added later and is strongly urged!
4. Submit payment in full via the link provided in your invoice approval email OR we will apply your payment with the card provided in Step 1.
5. You’re booked! We will send you an updated invoice reflecting your payment.
