I don’t know how many guests will attend. Can I still start planning?

Yes, this is totally normal! The best way to start is to separate your list into definites, maybes, and longshots. From there, we will ask for the minimum expected number of rooms to the maximum number of possible rooms. With that info, we will expertly guide you through the logistics of options.

Will we receive a discounted rate?

Your group rate will be the same or better than the published rate at the time of booking. As time goes on and the price goes up, you’ll have the lower rate locked in! If a price drop occurs, that applies to wedding groups, we can work on a rate adjustment. Some hotels will offer discounted group rates – like Sandals and Beaches, for one example! We will make sure you receive maximized group leader benefits – like free room refunds and private events. Benefits like this are built into the packaged rates. One thing you can trust is that we’ll absolutely be in your corner and want the best for you and your guests!

Do you have experience with large groups?

Large groups are our specialty! It’s important to choose an expert in contracting or it can cost you a lot of money if deadlines are missed or terms aren’t understood. Our dedicated group specialists are on hand to work with hundreds of guests while maintaining high levels of service.

Yes! With a flex group, you and your guests get the best of both worlds: the perks of traveling together and the freedom to tailor their plans. No rooms are held, so no contract is required.
