    Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We booked a trip to the Hyatt in Clearwater, FL and in about a half hour... everything was done.     My husband and I were referred to D’Amico travel by two previous couples that have used them for their destination... wedding. When we met with Heather, we told her we were interested in Jamaica and also wanted a fun atmosphere for our group (they like to party!) She went over many different resorts with us, but recommended Secrets Wild Orchid. From the hour we met with her she knew exactly what we wanted. Our trip was absolutely amazing. We had about 45 guests travel to Jamaica for our wedding and we didn’t hear one complaint! My cousin stayed at another resort because of her kids- D’Amico travel set up transportation for us to visit my cousin and her family and they also set up transportation for my cousin the day of the wedding. It was one less thing I had to worry about! Laura and Mandee were so helpful with questions I had while planning my wedding. They responded to my many many emails ASAP! We could not be happier with our trip D’Amico travel arranged for us!! We cannot wait to plan another vacation with them!!read more

    My fiance and I have worked with Laura for YEARS planning each and every vacation that we have taken. She has gone... above and beyond each time to make sure that we have everything we need all while giving us the best rates. When we went to Disney (the numerous times we've gone) she has gotten us the most difficult fast passes to obtain and has gotten us some of the best dining reservations at the best times! When we went on our cruise, we came to our room and there was a bottle and a little note from Laura telling us to enjoy our trip.     My husband and I booked a 5 year anniversary trip with D'Amico Travel. It was very late minute (about 5 weeks prior)... and Mandee and Heather were so accommodating. I told them exactly what we were looking for (Luxury all-inclusive resort-adults only in Mexico. Great food and atmosphere, along with excellent service). Heather recommended a few from me to choose from and we went with El Dorado Royal. It was top notch. She was also very accommodating with getting us the exact flight times we were looking for on those travel dates. We also wants a junior swim up suite (pool right outside of our room) and we also ended up having a view right on the beach so that was awesome too. Because there we plenty of other swim ups that did not have the beach view. All in all, everything was perfect and it made the planning and travel so simple. No hassles at all. This was exactly what we needed as we have a crazy busy life with 3 kids :)read more

    Heather and Mandee have been a great help! They made sure that we were able to book the excursions and transportation... that we wanted for our trip recently and were following up frequently with the company to ensure that things worked out. They also were extremely helpful when our flight home was suddenly cancelled. We reached out to them and within the hour they had us scheduled on a flight home ASAP. We will be using them for the rest of our vacations moving forward for sure!read more

    D'Amico Travel was great to work with for our honeymoon! They booked our hotel and hotel package, flight, and... transportation to and from our hotel. They answered all the questions I had and were so helpful throughout the planning process. When we almost missed our flight they were on the phone with us figuring out what our options would be if we missed it. Thankfully, we made our flight so we didn't have to worry.. but having them definitely was the comfort we needed to keep us calm! They sent us D'Amico Travel shirts and koozies for our trip which was such a nice and fun added touch! We would definitely use them again!read more

    They did everything for us from flight, hotel, and transportation. It made things much easier. The response time to... my emails that I sent them was very fast.     We first used D'Amico Travel to book a trip for a friends' destination wedding and were so pleased, we decided to use... them again for our honeymoon. Heather and Mandee are extremely pleasant to work with and quite knowledgeable. We started with a crazy wide scope of ideas, and they carefully listened to our preferences and helped us narrow it down to a few excellent options with side-by-side comparisons. I was very indecisive, but they were always patient, answering my MANY questions, and weighing out the options until we chose the perfect destination. They were also totally respectful of our budget and never one bit pushy. They took care of booking and making sure we got set up with an awesome upgraded honeymoon package. A couple weeks before the wedding, we received a well-organized packet with all our travel and insurance info, reminders, tips, things to do, etc. (The t-shirts were a nice touch too!) I can't stress what a relief it was during the very busy/stressful lead-up to our wedding, not having to worry about the honeymoon at all. The trip itself was INCREDIBLE and went so smoothly. We had no reason to contact the agency during our trip, but it felt great to know we had them in our corner just in case! We never saw the need to use a travel agent in the past, but they added such value... we will definitely use D'Amico Travel for vacations to come!read more
