Get to Know Heather D’Amico:
Hi! I’m Heather D’Amico, the owner of D’Amico Travel. My career started in the classroom as a middle school math teacher, but my entrepreneurial spirit led me to earn my MBA from Rutgers University and dive into the world of travel planning in 2012. What began as a small, home-based operation has since grown into a thriving, 7-figure agency with an incredible team and a beautiful lakefront office in my hometown of Hammonton, NJ—also known as “The Blueberry Capital of the World.” Fun fact: my family owns a blueberry farm, and I spend every season helping manage its operations.
Travel isn’t just my career—it’s become my identity. I’ve been fortunate to explore destinations throughout the Caribbean, Europe, Bora Bora, South Africa, the Maldives, and Hawaii. I always have at least two future trips planned at any time! Whether traveling with groups, as a couple, with kids, solo, or for business, I know what it takes to make every trip seamless and unforgettable. I have many specialties, but my passion is planning Destination Weddings. I have expertise earned by working with over 200 groups and first-hand experience as a destination bride for my vow renewal in Mexico.
I couldn’t do this without my incredible support system, especially my sister Mandee, who has been by my side since day one. Our agency has grown primarily through referrals, which speaks to the exceptional service of each member on our team. We pride ourselves on being responsive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making every trip stress-free and special.
When I’m not planning dream vacations, I’m making memories with my husband, Dave, and our two amazing kids, Gianna and David. When you live with a feeling of abundance and gratitude surrounded by the people you love, every day feels like a vacation!
Most Memorable Vacation:
Choosing just one vacation from a list of “once in a lifetime” vacations I’ve enjoyed feels impossible! I’ve learned that it is more about who you are with not where you are. If I were to pick my most memorable vacation moment, it would be looking at Mt Otamu from the private pool of our overwater bungalow in Bora Bora.

This is not a quote, but I love sharing the words “I love you” more than anything with my family because I know we all truly mean it.
Favorite Destination:
We’ve taken multiple trips to Italy, and I’ve enjoyed visiting different locations each time. I cannot wait until our next trip to continue exploring the country.

I plan to continue to explore Europe and the Caribbean. I have trips to Italy, Budapest, Vienna, Dominican Republic, and Mexico.
