  Deposit and Deadlines:

A $50 per person deposit will reserve your land-only reservation, $100 for single occupancy. Deposits are nonrefundable. 

Deposit and insurance selection is due by September 10, 2020.  Final payments will be due by January 8, 2020.

Flights:

Individual flights can be purchased through the agency or on your own. Flights purchased through D’Amico Travel will have the option to be fully insured up to 90 days prior. They will become available about 11 months before the trip.

Insurance:

Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection Plan:

We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel protection when booking your trip in the event of an unforeseen circumstance. Policy highlight: a full refund for any reason up to scheduled departure. Please indicate interest to booking agent at time of reservation.

Option 1 : PreDeparture Protection – Cancel For Any Reason

Cancel for any reason travel protection will allow you a 100% refund minus the cost of insurance if you have to cancel up to 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure time. If one person in the room purchases, the entire room must purchase the insurance. The policy offers minimal in destination coverage with the main benefit being the pre-departure cancel for any reason policy. If you have this coverage, we can book your flight and include the entire trip with the protection.
Option 2: Travel Insurance

If you would like to cover you trip with traditional insurance, we are teamed up with Travel Guard. Travel Insurance to provide in destination coverage can be purchased via Travel Guard with or without Cancel for Any Reason protection. Please use this link for a custom quote for your specifics- GOLD POLICY is the most popular. If you purchase within 15 days of your initial deposit you can add the CFAR supplement. Kids are generally free. As long as you include the cost of air on your policy, your airfare will also be covered. Your air does NOT have to be purchased via D’Amico Travel in order to cover it as part of your insurance policy.
