Deposit and Deadlines
Payment in full will reserve your land-only reservation. Insurance selection will be due at this time and applied with your payment. Insurance is nonrefundable and non-transferrable.
Deposit and insurance selection are due by September 6, 2023.
Final Payments will be due February 14, 2024.
Flights
Please submit your complete flight details 60 days prior to travel so that we can arrange your transportation to/from the MBJ airport. Flights are not included in your package.
Insurance is urged!
We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for peace of mind. Once your booking is paid in full, it becomes non-refundable. The only refund option is the travel insurance Cash Refund. Pricing ranges from $110 to $210 per adult (age 13+) and $70 to $115 per child.* If you need to cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund, less the insurance cost. The resort will not provide refunds for flight delays, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. Opting for Cancel for Any Reason coverage includes post-departure and in-destination assistance.

Ready to book? Great! Here’s how it works:
1. Submit your booking details. Be sure to include all travelers passport names and dates of birth. A credit card isn’t required to submit, but makes the process simpler. Each booking is manually processed and nothing will be charged until you approve!2. An invoice will be sent to you for review and approval. If any changes need to be made, let us know! If everything is correct, check the boxes and type your name to digitally sign.
3. Declined insurance? Be sure to carefully review at the penalties on your invoice. Deposits are nonrefundable and your reservation is 100% NONREFUNDABLE AFTER FINAL PAYMENT with NO exceptions. Cancel for any reason insurance cannot be added later and is strongly urged!
4. Submit payment via the link provided in your invoice approval email OR we will apply your deposit with the card provided in Step 1.
