Run of the House
Run of the House rooms offer the luxury of Sandals Royal Caribbean at an economical rate. Your room will include a King bed and Refrigerator stocked with Local Beer, Red & White Wine, Sodas, Juices & Water.
The Luxury Inclusive package includes the following:

• Unlimited 5-Star Global Gourmet®
• Unlimited Premium brand spirits
• Complimentary welcome beverage

Your 4 night stay including hotel accommodations, all meals and drinks, and round trip transfers is $2941 total. Additional nights can be added for $736 per night.

Room Rates
A set number of each room above is held for the group from October 16 – October 20, 2025.
Requests can be made for rooms/dates not held in inventory, but these requests are subject to hotel availability and availability is not guaranteed.
Rates are per person and include hotel accommodations, all meals and drinks and round-trip transfers to and from the airport.

A 4-night package for a Run of the House room comes to $2941 total per room, flights not included.
You can extend your stay for $736 per room per night, subject to availability.
Pricing includes accommodations, all meals and drinks, and round-trip transfers to/from the airport. All rooms have king size bed with a maximum of 2 people per room. Single occupancy rooms pay same rate.
If you wish to upgrade your room, Custom Requests can be added to the group through D’Amico Travel.

Flights
Please submit your flight information at least 60 days prior to travel, so that we can set up your transportation to and from the MBJ airport. A custom link will be provided via email to submit.
Club Mobay
Would you like to be fast-tracked through customs upon arrival in Jamaica? How about waiting for your flight home in a lounge? You should consider Club Mobay!
With VIP Arrival ‘Meet and Greet’ Service you will be greeted upon disembarking the plane by a dedicated representative, escorted and expedited through Immigration and Customs, and accompanied to our arrival VIP lounge, Club MoBay while you wait for your transfer.
With VIP Departure Service you’ll be fast tracked through Security and then enjoy the wait with a drink and snack in the lounge.

You can purchase at any time but subject to availability. This service does sell out as a limited number of passengers are allowed to maintain exclusivity.
Insurance
We partnered with the best in the business- Allianz as an insurance provider.
You will have within 10 days of deposit to purchase a policy.
The 3 policies we recommend are:
Classic – 100% for covered reasons only. This does not have to be purchased in a short window of time.
Classic with Required to Work and make a letter from boss covered (purchase within 10 days of deposit.)
Cancel Anytime – 100% covered, 80% reasons not covered (purchase within 10 days of deposit.)

Deposit date & Deadlines
Deposit and insurance selection is due by:
January 15, 2025.
Final payments will be due by:
June 4, 2025.

Here’s How it Works:
Submit your booking details. Be sure to include all travelers’ passport names and dates of birth. A credit card isn’t required to submit, but makes the process simpler. Each booking is manually processed and nothing will be charged until you approve!
An invoice will be sent to you for review and approval. If any changes need to be made, let us know! If everything is correct, check the boxes and type your name to digitally sign.
Declined insurance? Be sure to carefully review the penalties on your invoice. Deposits are nonrefundable and your reservation is 100% NONREFUNDABLE AFTER FINAL PAYMENT with NO exceptions. Cancel for any reason insurance cannot be added later and is strongly urged!
Submit payment via the link provided in your invoice approval email OR we will apply your deposit with the card provided in Step 1.
Start the countdown, it’s official! We will send you an updated invoice reflecting your payment. Be sure to mark your calendar with the final payment date 06/04/2025.
