Hi, I’m Mandee, LGBTQ+ travel specialist at your service! After graduating college with a bachelor’s degree in business management, I was given the opportunity to turn my long-term passion for travel into what is now my dream career. On this journey, I’ve been blessed to travel to some of the world’s most fascinating destinations – Belize, Antigua, Turks & Caicos, Grenada, just to name a few.
Although I’ve traveled far and wide, the country that has captured my heart is Mexico. Between the tequila, music, and people, Mexico quickly became my home away from home. That’s why I’ll be honored to be your go-to specialist for LGBTQ+ travel for Mexico and anywhere else your heart desires.
While I enjoy planning all types of vacations, I quickly saw the need to incorporate a travel brand focusing on the specific needs of the LGBTQ+ community. This was the motivation behind the creation of Pride by D’Amico Travel.
Pride by D’Amico Travel specializes in gay-friendly all-inclusive vacations, where members of our community can relax and be their authentic selves. And as a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and an avid traveler, I offer a unique personal service to our equally unique community, helping them find safe and welcoming destinations that are perfect for their next adventure.
I’m also proudly serving as the Director of Operations for D’Amico Travel. Working alongside Heather (who is also my sister!) for over 12 years now. Together, we make sure to deliver excellent customer service to our clients so we can continue to be your go-to boutique travel agents, serving our Hammonton, Cape May, South Jersey community and beyond.
When I’m not traveling or designing dream vacations for my clients, I enjoy photography, concerts, and making memories with friends, family, and my two fur babies.
Most Memorable Vacation:
My most memorable vacation to date has to be when I officiated the vow renewal of Heather and Dave in Mexico. It was in front of 150 of our colleagues and it was such a special time!
Favorite Destination:
Mexico! From Cabo to Cancun, I love it all.
Best Travel Souvenir:
I collect shot glasses, magnets, and sand from every place I go! 🙂
Where I’ve Been and Where I’m Going:
I’ve traveled to Aruba, Los Cabos and all over Mexico multiple times a year, Belize, Antigua, St. Martin, Grenada, Turks & Caicos, the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, London, Paris, and Amsterdam. At the top of my list to travel next is Africa!
